"OUTLAW" - INDIVIDUAL CHARTER DATES

UPDATED 8th March 2010 - Individual Places on Charters aboard "Outlaw of Dartmouth" out of Dartmouth –

Owen Mallia who owns and Skippers "Outlaw of Dartmouth" from the port of Dartmouth has provided advance dates when individuals can book places aboard for a day "Fishing Dartmouth".

These opportunities are as always dependant on the weather, numbers, and the wishes of those who book.

Owen can provide rods and reels if you are new to the sport or require extra help.

Owen is advertising several dates available for full charters at weekends   plus mid-week dates, when he is willing to take parties comprised either of full charters or, of individual anglers.

If you would like to book a charter on another date than those shown below, please call Owen to arrange your booking, if available and advertise any remaining places on your trip to be filled on this web page.

Charges

Wrecking trips:

o   To the mid-channel wrecks (Dartmouth – up to 20 miles) is £50 per person for 10 anglers or £55 per person for 8 anglers

o   To the further-distanced wrecks (Dartmouth – over 20 miles) is £55 per person for 10 anglers or £60 per person for 8 anglers

‘Skerries’ sandbanks trips:

o   To the banks fishing for Plaice and Rays is £35 per person with a minimum of 5 anglers

With prior notice Rod and Tackle hire is available

fresh bait for trips can also be provided at an additional cost

And for the more adventurous anglers.....

Spring, Summer & Autumn Channel Island trips:

o   Option 1 - TWO DAY TRIP
DAY ONE. Depart 07:00hrs arrive Alderney 18:00hrs
DAY TWO. Depart 07:00hrs arrive Dartmouth 18:00hrs
On the journey over the Channel the fishing normally starts at 10:00hrs and finishes at 16:00hrs.
On the return journey the fishing starts at approximately 09:00hrs and finishes at 15:00hrs.
Cost of the vessel is £600 per day.

Individuals can be accommodated at £65 per person

o   Option 2 - THREE to FIVE DAY TRIPS
DAY ONE. Depart 07:00hrs arrive Alderney 18:00hrs.
DAY TWO. WRECK or the famous BANK fishing 08:00hrs to 16:00hrs
DAY THREE. WRECK or the famous BANK fishing 08:00hrs to 16:00hrs
DAY FOUR. WRECK or the famous BANK fishing 08:00hrs to 16:00hrs
DAY FIVE. Depart 07:00hrs arrive Dartmouth 18:00hrs

Fishing will take part on this journey home at various locations
Cost of the vessel is £550 per day

Individuals can be accommodated at £60 per person

Spring & Summer Western approaches trips:

o   24 HOUR WESTERN APPROACHES TRIPS
Cost of the vessel is £850

Individuals can be accommodated at £85 per person

Spring & Summer Scilly Isles trips:

o   ISLES of SCILLY TRIPS - THREE TO FIVE DAY TRIPS
Cost of the vessel is £650 per day

Individuals can be accommodated at £75 per person

FOR GUERNSEY & ISLES of SCILLY TRIPS ANGLERS MUST BOOK THEIR OWN ACCOMMODATION. Please phone for advice

Accommodation information:

o   Dartmouth – we can recommend a number of quality Pubs/B&B’s and Hotels in the port, these are establishments who welcome and support our angling enthusiasts

o   Channel Island trips – we have a preferential arrangement with a number of fine B&B’s and Hotels on the islands of Alderney and Guernsey

o   Scilly Isles trips:

o   Stay at one of the Hotels or B&B’s in St Mary’s, Scilly

or

o   Stay on our own separate 70ft charter vessel ‘Challice’ (sleeps 10 anglers comfortably), she will escort us down to the Scillies for the duration of the trip.

So on your return after each day’s  fishing on the distant Atlantic Wrecks and Reefs aboard Outlaw, you can retreat to your own ‘floating  Hotel’ in St Mary’s Harbour, take a shower and have your catch cooked for you, or you can  dine from the extensive menu on board followed by a tour of the watering holes of St Mary’s!
